Like Heidi, this is what applies to me personally.

I don't scrap the same photo twice. Only because I have so many of them I would never get them all done. However, if I wanted to relate something different about the photos, then yes, I would definitely scrap them again. Say I had a photo with my nan and child and I scrapped that moment, but then my nan passed and it was the last photo I have of her, then I might scrap it again to tell a different story. So, by all means, scrap the same photo more than once if it means something different to you now.

Patterned paper. Well, I keep every last scrap of PP and cardstock. I have 12x12 snap lock bags which are sorted by colour. When scrapping, sometimes I head straight to my scraps because my favourite pieces of PP are usually in there and I just want to use them again and again. Also, sometimes you might just need a little bit, so instead of chopping up a full sheet, I utilise my scraps.
